Los Palos Estates is a 26 acre gated luxury estate neighborhood overlooking the fourth hole of the Monarch Dunes championship golf course. The community is comprised of five parcels on a private cul-de-sac, each with five acres of useable, flat land in Nipomo California.
The homes, to be built by Anthony & Associates, LLC, are planned to approximate 4,500-6,000 square feet (CC&Rs dictate that homes be at least 3,500 sq ft. and built to high standards). The luxury homes will be built to the highest standards found anywhere in the County, with unparalleled construction quality. Lots may include guesthouses of up to 1,200 square feet.
