Los Palos Estates’ second house, to be built by Anthony
& Associates, LLC, is expected to begin construction upon
the sale of Lot 1 or upon advanced purchase deposit. The house
is expected to be priced at between $2,500,000 and $2,800,000,
will be partially furnished, outfitted with audio and video, outdoor
kitchen, functional pub and will have all landscaping and hardscape
covering at approximately three of the five acres. This complete
