Los Palos Estates - Lot 5

Los Palos Estates’ second house, to be built by Anthony & Associates, LLC, is expected to begin construction upon the sale of Lot 1 or upon advanced purchase deposit. The house is expected to be priced at between $2,500,000 and $2,800,000, will be partially furnished, outfitted with audio and video, outdoor kitchen, functional pub and will have all landscaping and hardscape covering at approximately three of the five acres. This complete package will set a new standard in luxury home building on the Central Coast.

This house is designed to appeal to those buyers who are looking for a Tuscan style, single level home, that embodies the basics of Tuscan design, with modern upscale finishes. The stone floors will radiate heat into the first level, which will be finished with travertine columns, custom iron and will be exquisitely lighted with a grand chandeliers and sconces.
