Lot 5 in Los Palos Estates, will be sold as a completed house, using one of four designs done by Anthony & Associates, LLC or the buyers may design their own home. The four floor plans provided by the builder include a Santa Barbara style house, a Tuscan design, an Umbrian (upscale design from province south of Tuscany) and an Old Tuscan design, a bit more accurate.
